The people in service were great - accommodating, polite, and thoughtful. The porters used gloves, Joy kept me informed, work was done in a timely manner. I had a terrible experience with BMW of Rockville. I brought my new M4 CS to them because it was making a weird noise anytime I make a right turn. I drove with the service advisor JC so he could hear th brought my new M4 CS to them because it was making a weird noise anytime I make a right turn. I drove with the service advisor JC so he could hear the noise and after he heard the noise several times he said this isn’t a normal noise and they will get it checked out with the tech. I asked him if I could go a test drive with the tech to show him the noise and he said no because he’s heard it a few times so he knows how to make the noise. He had documented everything and had me sign the paper claiming that he heard the noise etc. So he calls me back that evening and says he confirmed the noise with the technician on a test drive and they are going to fix the problem and give me updates tomorrow about it. So he calls me back the next day and says that they only heard the noise once with the technician and since the car has low mileage they don’t want to take it apart and then to bring the car back when the noise is more pronounced and that I should just come pick the car up with the noise still happening. I was very angry that they didn’t want fix the issue and since they didn’t wanna fix it what if it leads to more issues. So I told them I was going to call them back in a few minutes to decide if I should just take it to another dealer. So I called them back several times and I could never reach JC again. So I just came to BMW to pick the car up. They gave me a paper claiming they never heard the noise with the tech but on the phone he said he heard the noise with the tech. When I sat in the car I saw the mileage was 2130 but when I left the car their it was 2077. Even on the paper it says in with 2077 miles and out with 2080 miles. What dealership goes on a 50 mile test drive?? I also saw that the car was in all the sports modes so it looks like they just took the car for a joy ride. I tried to call them back for the past several days and anytime I would try to get in touch with JC it never happened. They said they will give me a call back and make me a priority but that never happened. This is the worst experience ever and no one should ever take their car to the BMW of Rockville. Terrible customer service. More

multiple errors in routine service I was contacted to schedule a recall related service multiple times by the dealer. They assigned me a day and time to bring it in. When I came in ther I was contacted to schedule a recall related service multiple times by the dealer. They assigned me a day and time to bring it in. When I came in there was no record of my appointment. They were able to fit me in. I asked for a routine service - including tire rotation. When I picked up my car the tires and drove away I realized they had not checked the tire pressure - they had been inflated to the wrong pressure by more than 5 lbs. For this I was charged $99! Other excessive charges included "disposal of waste" at $almost $40. I assume this was getting rid of old motor oil? Finally, tape was left on the outside of my car. I spent almost $600 for this service. Never again. More
