The service department did a good job and was very informative. My only reason for giving a 4 out of 5 stars is because they use to offer loaner cars and wash your car. I brought my car in for rat damage to the O2 sensor and the engine harness. My insurance company wanted to do a repair of the engine harness rather than a replacement. After waiting several days for the insurance company to change their minds and pay for replacement, it became evident they were not going to budge. So, wanting my car back, I decided to go forward with the replacement and pay the balance. I feel that Nick and Laura at Bmw Roseville did all they could do to help me and keep the cost down. They also furnished me with a lovely loaner car of a BMW X1 which I enjoyed driving very much. More
