The service department did a good job and was very informative. My only reason for giving a 4 out of 5 stars is because they use to offer loaner cars and wash your car. I brought my car in for rat damage to the O2 sensor and the engine harness. My insurance company wanted to do a repair of the engine harness rather than a replacement. BMW wanted to do a replacement and sa the engine harness. My insurance company wanted to do a repair of the engine harness rather than a replacement. BMW wanted to do a replacement and said my car would be flagged if I had a repair done instead. After waiting several days for the insurance company to change their minds and pay for replacement, it became evident they were not going to budge. So, wanting my car back, I decided to go forward with the replacement and pay the balance. I feel that Nick and Laura at Bmw Roseville did all they could do to help me and keep the cost down. They also furnished me with a lovely loaner car of a BMW X1 which I enjoyed driving very much. More
