We noticed two scuffs in the paint at the rear tailgate after we got home with the new BMW IX. Also, the car wasn’t really cleaned up all that well, there was dust and dirt around rear tailgate. I sent the car for diagnostic service, they charged me a fee and for service to correct the issue. Unfortunately the check engine came on again and charged me another fee for diagnostics . The cost for repa fee and for service to correct the issue. Unfortunately the check engine came on again and charged me another fee for diagnostics . The cost for repair was almost the value of the car. Worst part I delivered a very clean car and received sport very dusty car without any attempt to clean the car after being charge $1500. Never again going back to this dealership. More

I have given this dealership many chances, and they are truly a blemish to the BMW brand. I have owned BMW vehicles and motorcycles and the customer service at this dealership is horrendous. I had bad experiences in sales and maintenance, both times where I had to engage with the management, the GM at one point. Most recently I took my car in for service, and after being told I would receive a loaner due to the distance traveled and confirming this many times before reaching, the service advisor tells me upon getting there that I would not receive one and its impossible for anyone to give me one. She also asked me how old I am - a question which I took serious offense to. I tried speaking to the service manager but he was conveniently out and when I left him a few messages and asked for a call-back, I was ghosted. I will never be returning here and will be suggesting to all of my friends that they do the same. Niello BMW however, has been amazing. 10/10 all around! More
