I purchased a BMW and the windshield got cracked while I was driving. I went to the dealership to see if I had coverage. They told me to wait for the finance guy. I’m a reasonable person and I understand you might be busy! You need to communicate that with your customer and give them a time frame. I’m a full-time mom with a baby at home and was really trying to fix the windshield while the babysitter was home. They really disappointed me.
