Had an experience of ownership of an X3 from this dealership , was very transparen in terms of wait times and it arrived around the promised dates , infact a few days earlier. Came in on a rainy gloomy Sunday to check out their 2023 BMW x5 xdrive40i. Although the weather was gloomy and sad, AutoNation's service wasn't. I was really impressed by Brandon's customer service and professionalism. He didn't pressure us one bit, and gave us time and space to drive and look at the car. When it was time to sign the papers, the same courtesy and professionalism were present with Cole. He explained to us all our options and was easy going, again didn't pressure or get upset when we declined some of the options. I drove 1.5 hours to this dealership because they were willing to work with me and now low ball me unlike my local BMW dealership. I highly recommend Roseville BMW and will purchase future cars with them. More
