His communication, honesty and follow though/Follow up are to be recognized. He will deliver facts and if he does not know, HE FINDS OUT, in a respectful timely manner. Owning a BMW you know not all things are inexpensive. It's reinsuring however when you can trust the people doing the work and the service coordinators delivering you the news.
