I took my car in for routine service. She has about 117K miles on her. During inspection there was a few issues that were found, a cylinder head that was cracked and an oil filter housing She has about 117K miles on her. Not what you want to hear... more work that needed to be done but my service advisor, Nghia Nguyen, was so helpful and worked wonders for us. I really appreciated his honesty and hard work.
