Told me hybrid car had advanced feature, and it did not. Wanted another $6000 to remedy for a car that wasn't a hybrid but had technology. Replacement should have been $3000 less. We had a coolant leak, which was diagnosed to a defective water pump. My service advisor (Nghia Nguyen) was very helpful in getting it fixed.
