I am very happy with the service we received during the purchase of our new X5. We just returned from our Encore visit which is a service offered after you have had the car a couple of weeks. During that v purchase of our new X5. We just returned from our Encore visit which is a service offered after you have had the car a couple of weeks. During that visit they answer any questions that may have croped up since you first drove it off the lot. In addition to taking care of the questions. They washed & filled it with gas (so visit when the tank is near empty!). So far, our experience shows this dealership & personnel to be top notch. More

Had a troublesome experience with this dealership. I had scheduled my appointment originally for another day, but they had called to reschedule me due to overbooking. When asked if I could have a loan I had scheduled my appointment originally for another day, but they had called to reschedule me due to overbooking. When asked if I could have a loaner car at least to make up for the inconvenience I was told no. Then I asked if it was okay to wait at the dealership and was also told no. The customer service on the phone was not the best. I have never had this type of experience with any bmw dealership. More
