I absoulutely loved the Service Advisor Deon, but when I picked up my car, for a recall service, I noticed a general warning light appear on the dashboard. I had to go home to take care of work, but then dr picked up my car, for a recall service, I noticed a general warning light appear on the dashboard. I had to go home to take care of work, but then drove back to the dealership to let thme know I now have a warning light. Deon, did not know why it was there, but I had to get a diagnosis ran on the carand it would cost me $275 to find out why a warning light came on after a service was done on my car. Not the best experience overall. More

Overall great experience, courteous staff, great explanation and video of service performed and repairs needed. Took care of extended warranty coverage details. Told me hybrid car had advanced feature, and it did not. Wanted another $6000 to remedy for a car that wasn't a hybrid but had technology. Replacement should have been $3000 less. We had a coolant leak, which was diagnosed to a defective water pump. My service advisor (Nghia Nguyen) was very helpful in getting it fixed. His promptness in answering questions (texts) from me has to be water pump. My service advisor (Nghia Nguyen) was very helpful in getting it fixed. His promptness in answering questions (texts) from me has to be commended. He has knowledge about BMW products & is willing to share that knowledge. He is an asset to BMW of Roseville - he has become my go to person regarding questions on my X5. More
