We recently moved to Granite Bay and needed our eSeries BMW serviced. Lucky enough there was a dealer 7 miles from us and we found Jeff Brown in the Service Department. Awesome Advisor. Clearly outlined the services needed for our car and the speed at which the work was done was very reasonable. They didn’t have a Loaner for me so they sent me home in (and picked me up) an Uber. Overall worst dealer we have ever purchased from. From signing, paying off our trade in we were calling them many times for a month until they did.
