I sold the car in April and requested a refund of the pro rated unused p I had an extended warranty on my 2010 X5 purchased through BMW of Roseville. I sold the car in April and requested a refund of the pro rated unused portion in April 2016. Five months later, I am still waiting. I was dealing with Darren Macias who told me the process would take 4-6 weeks, only to tell me 3 months later (after numerous emails) that he needed proof of Paid in Full from the lender. Darren has no knowledge of the process and has horrible customer service skills. No reply to emails/phone calls and he acts like he is doing me a favor. This is hardly the way to earn repeat business. More
RIPPED OFF AT THE SERVICE DEPT MY BROTHER IS THE OWNER OF A 2008 535I THAT HE BOUGHT IN AUG. 2014. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SERVICE DEPT SINCE OCT 2015 TO CURRENT TOTALING 7 TI MY BROTHER IS THE OWNER OF A 2008 535I THAT HE BOUGHT IN AUG. 2014. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS SERVICE DEPT SINCE OCT 2015 TO CURRENT TOTALING 7 TIMES FOR MY BROTHER WHOM IS OVERSEAS & IS A DISABLED VETERAN OF OUR U.S. AIR FORCE, MY BROTHERS INITIAL SERVICE IN AUG 2014. MAKING GRAND TOTAL OF 8 TIMES. THE SAME PROBLEM HAS BEEN THERE EVERY TIME! "HIGH BATTERY DRAINAGE'" AKA "INCREASED BATTERY DISCHARGE". THE G,M, TOM KLEIN, WONT RETURN MY CALLS. SRVC. MGR. ALAN, HAS BEEN PATRONIZING THE SITUATION SRVC. ADVISORS: ERIC TRIEBULL AND PATRICK McGARRITY HAVE TOLD SO MANY LIES THEIR NOSES SHOULD BE A MILE LONG. MY BROTHER SPENT $$$ FOR A NEW BATTERY IN 8/2014 BUT THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD REPLACED THE BATTERY IN 11/2013 (STILL UNDER WARRANTY) $700 THEN OCT-NOV-DEC 2015 SAID TO REPLACE SUNROOF, MODULES, BATTERY+ (5 TIMES IN SHOP) $5900. APR-JUNE 2016 (IN SHOP 10 WKS) RADIO HEAD $1580 AND AUG 2016, ALTERNATOR $1750 & TOLD ME BATTERY CHECKED OUT FINE BUT PAPERWORK SAYS A DIFFERENT STORY!! CAR STILL NOT REPAIRED CORRECTLY AND THIS SHOP IS JUST CHARGING WHAT THEY CAN BECAUSE THEY THINK IM A DUMB FEMALE!!! WRONG MY DAD WAS A MECHANIC AND I BUILT MY OWN ENGINE IN MY 1ST CAR!! More

I purchased a new BMW X5 from Roseville BMW. Very straightforward with pricing, tracking the car order and delivery. Mark Holland was exceptional. I would not hesitate to use these guys again. In fact I tried to for another car and even though they didnt have inventory, they went above and beyond to help me out. After trying to buy 4 cars from the Niello Group and failing, it was a great experience with Roseville (I will add that many years ago I had a driver side window shatter on my M5. Roseville service got me in same day ON A SATURDAY, and fixed it.) YMMV, but ive had pretty good experiences there. More

THIS IS THE BAD PLACE TO BUY A CAR I came to this place to look for a BMW 550 GT. The seller is very nice to me at frist and they asked me about the price which I want to be. ( I knew it will not going to work BUT I TRIED TO MAKE THE PRICE LOWER) They said that they will not going to make this price then I said ok then I will not go to get this car. At this time the manager came to me and my grildfriend. He is super rude. He said that if you don`t have moeny then you don`t buy the car. I am not come to this place every again. More

They would not return calls yet continue to barrage us with ridiculous emails from three different people whom we never even spoke to. These people need to get their act together. Please go somewhere else if you care about being treated like a human being and dealing with human beings who know how to communicate. More
I had a great experience at Roseville BMW. My salesman, Rob, was friendly, helpful and was able to find me my perfect BMW with the specific color, trim, interior, wheels and packages that I desired. I love coming here. I can’t begin to explain how amazing the service is here. From working with the sales department to dropping my car off for some type of service. The sales team is fantastic. I love working with Tom, Randy and David, (the sales management team) and my sales guy Mark H. is fantastic. I’ve purchased 3 BMW’s in the last 6 years and all from them. There is no way I will be going to any other dealership. I am going to be moving to the bay soon and will still come up here to get my cars. The service department is fantastic as well. My service rep is Garrett. The best guy that I have yet to work with. Always makes time for me. Sets me up with a loaner if needed and doesn’t give me any run around on what my car needs. Must say that all around, this is the BMW dealership anyone should go to. I recommend it to all my friends and family when they get new BMW’s. More
