I have been reading the reviews this Dealer received from this website. It hurts to read so much negative things about people that are there to give us our best customer service. Everytime i had done business with this Roseville BMW, i have always received positive experience. I particularly had very positive experience with the Finance Manager, Mr. Nasser Subeh. He is very friendly, has great customer service and had always returned my phone calls.I will be shopping for a new BMW (since i sold mine to Carmax as i was on work detail in the east coast for a few months.) I will again be buying my new BMW from Roseville BMW and i know that i will be getting the same great service that i received from Mr Subeh when i bought my 2007 BMW about 2 years ago.I disagree with a Divagirl that he does not speak good english. That is not true Ms Diva. Mr. Subeh speaks perfect english and he is very professional and polite. He has always returned my phone calls. He is always smiling and seems to enjoy the work he does, so how can one say that he is rude and doesn't know customer service? In fact, i will be calling him once i get ready to buy my new car, all because of the positive attitude i received from him. Please people, if you have nothing good to say about someone, do not write anything at all and in fact please do not hurt them with your negaive comments! More

I was looking for a specific 2012 BMW 335i but my local BMW dealer was not willing to deal if the car was not on their lot so I drove to Roseville and was fortunate to meet Mark Holland. He encouraged me to let him search for the exact car I was looking for. After I described my desired configuration, he found it at an unaffiliated dealer in the Bay Area. I told him what I expected to pay and he did even better! Mark even arranged to have the car delivered to Roseville THAT DAY so I could drive it home! This is my third BMW but my first time leasing; Mark was very helpful walking me through the various lease decisions. Overall, an outstanding experience! I will be back! More

i wanted to purchase a new BMW from this dealer and went over to test drive a new 5 series. That's when i started t onotice the Finance manager Nasser's unproffessional attitude.. this guys won't return over to test drive a new 5 series. That's when i started t onotice the Finance manager Nasser's unproffessional attitude.. this guys won't return phone calls despite me calling him over and over again to negotiate the price plus his english is very poor. I must have left over 10 message for ths Nasser guy to call me, but none of the calls were returned, and his direct line never answers!! Take my advise, avoid this cheap dealer.. go to Nielli instead, people working at this Roseville facility do not know customer service including the management.. This Nasser guys needs tution in customer service since he does not how to deal with customers period! Maybe someone in his mamangement needs to let him know that being a manager requires a person to show much better customer service I eventually got a better deal at the Elk Grove BMW.. very happy with their service.. unlike their rival.
