Dealer and customer service is excellent, but what I am disappointed is the fact that my 9 yrs old i3 Rex has a corrupted part in the computer and I cannot switch from EV to Gas engine, they asked me $13,0 disappointed is the fact that my 9 yrs old i3 Rex has a corrupted part in the computer and I cannot switch from EV to Gas engine, they asked me $13,000 to fix it, not even 100,000k and BMW does not recall it? Great cars but if they offer no assistance and no options, not worth it the price and go with another brand, I have a VW and their commitment to make the customer happy is uncomparable More

This was my first time getting my car serviced at BMW San Diego. Before leaving, make sure you confirm the results of your service and that nothing is wrong with your car.
