Dealer and customer service is excellent, but what I am disappointed is the fact that my 9 yrs old i3 Rex has a corrupted part in the computer and I cannot switch from EV to Gas engine, they asked me $13,0 disappointed is the fact that my 9 yrs old i3 Rex has a corrupted part in the computer and I cannot switch from EV to Gas engine, they asked me $13,000 to fix it, not even 100,000k and BMW does not recall it?
