Chadi is definitely one of the most friendliest and helpful BMW client advisors in the dealer. Definitely, a five-star car buying experience if it weren't for the manager Ash who was arrogant and didn' helpful BMW client advisors in the dealer. Which is fine but then proceeded to accuse us of recording him and suddenly acting up and leaving abruptly. Did not even proceed to apologize even after we purchased the car. Not what you would call customer service. On the other hand, I highly recommend finding Chadi if your interested in any BMW models. He even went above and beyond his manager and apologized to us even though it wasn't his fault. More
