I had Chris L. In the beginning and was a pleasure. He listened to my concerns and arranged the proper service. Now I actually know what the service signs actually mean as I guess I don’t have an obvious oil change light. Also enjoyed the lounge upstairs to work while I waited. My service advisor was not the most friendly. When he Hollered my name in the lobby, I walked up to him and he didn’t even say hello or how are you, nor did he even introduce himself to me.
