I've said it before and I'll say it again, this dealership is amazing. Malcom who manages the rental fleet provides FANTASTIC customer service. That being said, Malcolm was accommodating throughout the entire process even switching me into the car I preferred when he had no obligation to do so. He consistently goes above and beyond on every visit to ensure I walk out a happy customer. Furthermore, I highly recommend requesting Andrew Kim for your service advisor. I've been going to him since I bought my first BMW and wouldn't have it any other way. Over the years their hasn't been a single time he hasn't taken care of me.
