Went to pick up the car and the cashier could not locate the invoice for the repairs. Kept asking for ID, etc. There was a discrepancy in the cost of the service due to an estimate for painting a very small the invoice for the repairs. Kept asking for ID, etc. There was a discrepancy in the cost of the service due to an estimate for painting a very small part X 2 that was never relayed to me. Ridiculous that it was $600.00 to paint two plastic pieces, 2” by 10”. It cost us a waisted trip to the dealership until it was worked out internally. Adrian was helpful in getting me the correct, original negotiated price of the service. Thank you Adrian. Not what I would expect at a BMW dealership. Steve Long. More
