I hadn't bought another car for 14 years and being a newly single senior, I was nervous about dealing with the whole process. After doing my homework and research, I decided what car I wanted and realized if I bought privately, I'd have to deal with phone calls, questions, strangers coming to my place, or not showing up, haggling etc Although my car was worth more than the offered trade in, I didn't want to deal with that at my age. This dealership contacted me and had a car I was interested in. Bernard was assigned to take care of me when I arrived, he showed it to me and we took it for a drive. I really liked it and wanted my mechanic to check it all out. Bernard ended up driving it to him and with his approval, we went ahead and did the deal. Everything went smoothly and I am SO happy with my choice of car.I LOVE IT. I would definitely recommend BMW of Sherman Oaks and as I got the extended warranty, I hope I will be taken care of if and when work is needed or done. I will let you know if I'm not satisfied. More
