I just bought a 2012 535i from Brian and Steve from Wagner BMW of Shrewsbury. I brought my 328I into Wagner BMW for a problem with the radio. The speakers made a popping, squealing noise when the car was turned off. They were able to rectify the problem on the first visit. They were very willing to work with me regarding drop off and pick up times. Their flexibility in this regard was very helpful to me as I travel long distances for work and live out of state. When picking up the car Jared was willing to take some time to go through the repair with me and answer some questions that I had. That level of service is unheard of these days. Wagner BMW has proven to me that they are the best dealership, not just in Massachusetts, but in New England as well. More

Manny and Donald were great! They really took care of us and we appreciated their attention. Fred made sure the car had new tires and everything else we wanted done. He was great, too. The only problem and we appreciated their attention. Fred made sure the car had new tires and everything else we wanted done. He was great, too. The only problem was with the financing. We were pre-approved for the loan but the manager would not accept the check from our credit union. Our credit union said they had never had any dealership not accept their pre-approval check. This involved finding the credit union branch and getting the situation resolved. A real hassle! We would have appreciated being pre-warned about this. All in all, I love the car and I loved the sales people. It was a positive experience. Thank you! More
