I had been searching on-line for a low mileage e92 M3 and came across a listing up at Wagner BMW. I was uncertain about the auto-manual but decided to trek up to Shrewsbury (about an hr away) to test drive came across a listing up at Wagner BMW. I was uncertain about the auto-manual but decided to trek up to Shrewsbury (about an hr away) to test drive the car and compare versus my mint 335i coupe with manual trans. It was obvious that the folks at Wagner were serious about their cars and did ask a number of questions to make sure I was not just an M3 test pilot. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful, doing everything possible to ensure I had a positive experience with the test drive and the dealership. My wife and kids came up to the dealership and the staff made sure they were comfortable as well as I salivated my way across the showroom floor. I decided to purchase the car, found that they gave me a fair value for my trade in and went out of their way to assist in the out of state registration. Fabricio himself drove my new car to the DMV in Connecticut for the transfer to assure me that it was going to be "taken care of" until I was in it. Overall it was the kind of buying experience you would expect from a premium brand like BMW. More

We picked 6 sets of keys and started our trek to go find my new BMW! I was equally impressed with the inventory available at Wagner plus Salwa really had a handle on what models and how they where equipped and where they where located on the property. I had an extremely bad experience with this salesman (Menachem "Manny" Menasha) when I attempted to purchase a used M3 at BMW Wagner. I offered a price based upon online research at KBB/Edmunds, at whi (Menachem "Manny" Menasha) when I attempted to purchase a used M3 at BMW Wagner. I offered a price based upon online research at KBB/Edmunds, at which point salesman scoffed/laughed and told me I must be shopping for some other car, not an M3. Communications obviously broke down as the salesman was rude and aggressive, and I left the dealership. No big deal. The same salesman called me next morning and attempted to restart negotiations, but of course, with his personality, this was him arguing with me and myself on the defensive. I finally just told him if my offer was so ridiculous, please show me the bill of sale for the vehicle when it was traded in, and I would pay $1500 over any costs of the dealership, as I did not expect them to take a loss. His response: "ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR?". This was the exact response. He then went on to say that I didn't trust him, and that I should trust him, and repeated the "you are calling me a liar!" line several times over and over throughout multiple conversations (yes, he called me back over course of several days). I did not enjoy this, nor was I the one calling him. I have purchased 3 other BMWs and never had any issues, but this guy was confrontational and got very personal. I reported this to the sales manager, who condoned all his actions since he is "the best salesman". I flat out asked if the sales manger thought that this behavior was an acceptable way to treat a customer, and as far as I could tell, other than apologizing, he basically said it was the salesman's style and it worked. Obviously Wagner BMW is completely OK with these sorts of tactics, and the sales manager saw nothing wrong with anything that had happened. I will never be stepping foot inside this JOKE of a dealership, and will gladly pay more (thought that also is very unlikely considering how bad this dealership was trying to overprice vehicles and refusing to show any justification) someplace else. Please do not waste your time or your cellphone minutes being browbeaten by salesmen from this place. More
