This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Wagner BMW, which in itself shows our satisfaction - and it will certainly NOT be our last! We worked with Menachem (Manny) Menasha for our purchase of a 2 BMW, which in itself shows our satisfaction - and it will certainly NOT be our last! We worked with Menachem (Manny) Menasha for our purchase of a 2008 X5; Manny was extremely proud of this vehicle due to its' cleanliness and low mileage, and was instrumental in matching us with this vehicle. We probably would not have spent quite this amount of money (almost $40k)but the X5 was worth every penny, and was a great long-term investment. From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were welcomed by each and every staff member we saw. We felt they truly appreciated our business. Manny was such a pleasure to work with; he knew his product line extremely well and educated us every step of the way, until we drove off with our new SUV. Manny spent well over an hour going over all the "bells and whistles" of the electronics, etc. until he was satisfied that we were comfortable with everything. We also worked with Dan Staley, the finance manager, and he made our experience totally painless. As you can see, I have nothing but good things to say about Manny Menasha, Dan Staley and the entire crew at Wagner BMW - I wish everyone could enjoy the experience we did with the purchase of a new vehicle. I purchased a used 2006 BMW750I at Wagner BMW of Shrewsbury in July of 2010. I went into the showroom and told them I was interested in looking at the used cars and although there appeared to be se Shrewsbury in July of 2010. I went into the showroom and told them I was interested in looking at the used cars and although there appeared to be several salesman on the floor who were not busy, none wanted to help me. After waiting for about 5 minutes, they introduced me to a woman named "Selawa" (not sure of spelling). Selawa was brand new, had absolutely no knowledge of the 7 series and had to keep going back to seek help to respond to my questions from other sales people. I was patient because she was new and I felt bad for her. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and wanted to pick it up asap. Selawa could not have the car ready for me for an entire week! I wasn't thrilled but waited the week. When I showed up to pick up the car, it wasn't ready! I was so upset. It took me over 3 hours to pick up my new vehicle that they had a week to prep! The navigation system needed to be updated -that took an hour. Then when the car was ready, Selawa had to get the Finance manager (very nice and knowledgeable Asian man who owned the same car) to show me all of the options. I understood that she didn't have the knowledge and required assistance BUT the demo took much longer because Selawa kept asking him questions--not me, the buyer, but Selawa the saleswoman! It delayed the process and I was frustrated by this time. THEN when the car was ready for me to take, Selawa drove it to the front of the dealership and HIT the front curb of the dealership with my new car....right in front of me! I couldn't believe it! There is more to this long story....several days after I had the car, I received a call from Selawa. She started the conversation saying "I can't go any lower in price ...blah blah blah." She had confused me with another customer that she was working with. I was not satisfied with my experience at Wagner because of this one person. I hesitated to write this but just brought my car into another BMW dealership for servicing and it was like night and day. Outstanding service, knowledgeable professionals who went out of their way to help me. More
In early 2011, purchased CPO BMW for my third BMW, last two purchased new at other dealerships in 2002 & 1988, due to location. They gave me a fine credit for that older BMW and made the purchase easy. I am a proud happy owner of a CPO BMW X3. Due to great service in the past, Wagner is my go to place for all things BMW. My salesman is nice, friendly and not at all pushy - my kind of sales person. The service department is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people. The cars and service are not cheap - they are after BMW. You get what you pay for. Their website is nice, with car fax for CPO cars. With the website and homework via Google, I had all the information I required. More
Peter was very easy to deal with. Car was brought in to have lights shut off but the vehicle needed brakes. Peter was very upfront with me about what was needed and I enjoyed dealing with him.. only thing have lights shut off but the vehicle needed brakes. My experience at Wagner BMW of Shrewsbury with Donald Minnich was the best new car shopping experience I have ever had. I am a knowledgeable customer and don't put up with aggravation. I tell you this background because I do not have any negative comments for Donald Minnich or for the Wagner BMW dealership. I would recommend them without hesitation. They are professional, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and fast! I truly believe I got a good deal there and would return there for any future auto purchase. Generally, I hate the new car shopping experince. I had no idea it could actually be positive and fun until I met Mr. Minnich at Wagner. He was courteous from the first phone inquiry through vehicle selection and delivery. Mr. Minnich and Wagner BMW of Shrewsbury are the gold standard for auto buying. More

I can't say enough about Wagner BMW. I bought my first BMW from them and had them service it for five years. Everyone -- from the sales person who sold me the car to the service people who maintained the BMW from them and had them service it for five years. Everyone -- from the sales person who sold me the car to the service people who maintained the car -- was a great representation of the BMW brand. They are smart, honest, fair and tremendously dedicated to customer service. Last month, I reached out to four BMW dealers online to give them an opp to sell me a new BMW. The response from the other dealers was underwhelming. One didnt want to give me a quote over the phone and told me they didnt compete on price. That is so absurd. At the end of the day, a car is a commodity and can be serviced anywhere. Steve Shifman at Wagner BMW wanted my business. He was responsive and did everything he needed to do to close the deal. I got a great price on a BMW328i and a great value on my trade. Dont waste your time with dealers who are respectful of you and your needs. Save yourself a on of time and get a fair price by going directly to Wagner BMW -- even better, call Steve Shifman directly at 508-925-2219. You will be happy you did. ~~ Kel Kelly More
I sent the internet sales manager a very detailed description of the vehicle I was looking for; including the options I wanted, the price I wanted to pay and the details of my trade-in. In addition, I provided the Internet sales manager with the amount I was looking for on my trade. I requested that Internet sales review all of the components of my "offer to purchase"; including, what I was looking for on my trade. I indicated that I did not want to make the trip from Franklin, MA to Shrewsbury unless there was a reasonable likelihood that we could make the numbers work. He advised me that he thought we could make the deal work and asked me to come int. Unfortunately, Wagner's offer on my trade was $3,500, or 20% less than what I was looking for!!! As an aside, don't bother leveraging KBB when trying to figure out the value of your trade. At Wagner KBB does not account for much.... At the end of the day, Internet sales had wasted both my time and theirs. It's unfortunate that sales people can't be more transparent and honest about their pricing practices. More
This was my first foray into a BMW dealership, and was unsure of how I was going to be treated as I was not 100% sure a BMW is what I wanted at the time. However, I was given all the space to browse around, and then when I needed information, Gene was happy to spend time to answer all my questions. The test drive and buying process was extremely painless as Gene is one of those dealers than realizes the information the consumer is able to get regarding invoice prices, etc. and gave it to me straight in terms of what the dealer needs to make on each sale, which was fine by me. I realize everyone needs to make money, and we came to a price quickly that I was happy with. Gene was also extremely helpful and understanding during the waiting process as I pestered him for updates on the status of my vehicle that was being built and shipped. And when pickup day came, I feel that he made an extra effort to make sure I got my car in a timely manner. All in all, it was extremely refreshing to go into a dealership that sells high-end cars dressed in a t-shirt and jeans and be treated the same as someone who walks in dressed in a suit and tie which is more than I can say for other area dealerships I've been at. More
