I had been searching on-line for a low mileage e92 M3 and came across a listing up at Wagner BMW. I was uncertain about the auto-manual but decided to trek up to Shrewsbury (about an hr away) to test drive came across a listing up at Wagner BMW. It was obvious that the folks at Wagner were serious about their cars and did ask a number of questions to make sure I was not just an M3 test pilot. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful, doing everything possible to ensure I had a positive experience with the test drive and the dealership. My wife and kids came up to the dealership and the staff made sure they were comfortable as well as I salivated my way across the showroom floor. I decided to purchase the car, found that they gave me a fair value for my trade in and went out of their way to assist in the out of state registration. Fabricio himself drove my new car to the DMV in Connecticut for the transfer to assure me that it was going to be "taken care of" until I was in it.
