X3 Design ExperienceI was interested in trading my X5 X3 Design Experience I was interested in trading my X5 RWD for an X3 AWD - I'm just used to having a vehicle where I can rotate my tires. I tried a X3 Design Experience I was interested in trading my X5 RWD for an X3 AWD - I'm just used to having a vehicle where I can rotate my tires. I tried a few dealerships in the area, but no one had what I was looking for, in-stock or on the way😟. I inadvertently submitted a search on the BMW of South Atlanta's website, while checking their inventory. I was contacted by Quincy Jones - at first I was a little apprehensive, because I hate the back and forth dealings at an auto dealership. I had an upcoming service appointment and decided to meet with Mr. Jones while waiting. After searching nearby locations for a vehicle with the options that I preferred, we didn't find anything. Mr. Jones suggested ordering the vehicle instead. Again, I was hesitant because I didn't want to loose any of the discounts that were available for in-stock vehicles. I was assured that any/all current discounts would be applied to the vehicle that I built. Thusfar, the process has been smooth - my build has been submitted to BMW and I will receive my vehicle soon - in the color (interior/exterior) I prefer and the options I desire. I can't wait to see it! I'll admit, I didn't purchase my previous BMW from BMW of South Atlanta, because I didn't receive the best deal🤷🏾‍♀️. This time around, they were the only dealership to suggest ordering a specific build, while still offering any/all discounts. That's a win, win in my book😊. More
