WORSE SUPPOSE TO BE LUXURY DEALERSHIP IN THE WORLD December 23, 2022 By DeCarlos Petty from Winston Ga SO IF YOU LOOK ON GOOGLE REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE MY 1ST REVIEW BUT IT GETS EVEN WORSE WORLD December 23, 2022 By DeCarlos Petty from Winston Ga SO IF YOU LOOK ON GOOGLE REVIEWS YOU WILL SEE MY 1ST REVIEW BUT IT GETS EVEN WORSE SO I TOOK MY CAR IN FOR AN OIL CHANGE IN OCTOBER 5TH 2022 THE BACK TO MY GARAGE DRIVE IT A FEW WEEKS LATER NOTICE A LEAK OF ANTIFREEZE MIND YOU THEY SAID EVERYTHING LOOKED GOOD ON THE CHECK FROM OIL CHANGE SO ALL GREEN LIGHTS WAS GIVEN SO I TAKE MY CAR BACK THERE AROUND 11/10/22 I HAVE A CERTIFIED MECHANIC COME TO MY HOUSE AND LOOK TO TELL ME WHATS WRONG 1ST BECAUSE I ALREADY KNOW HOW DEALERSHIPS BEAT PEOPLE SO THEY TELL ME MY RADIATOR IS BAD I HAVE A WARRANTY SO THEY CALL GET MY WARRANTY 1700.00 PLUS MADE ME PAY AROUND 430.00 OUT OF POCKET WHEN I GOT THERE A GUY NAME JAMAL AND SHOP SUPERVISOR JUSTIN SO I GET MY CAR BACK ON 11/25/22 DRIVE IT HOME ON A FRIDAY SATURDAY MORNING I GET IN MY CAR GO 5 MINS UP THE STREET FROM MY HOUSE TO WALMART AND BACK HOME LOOK OUT IN THE DRIVEWAY ANTIFREEZE EVERYWHERE AGAIN JUSTIN SEND TOW TRUCK TO PICK IT UP ON 11/28/2022 THEY NEVER CALL AND TELL ME WHAT THE NEW ISSUE WAS I CALL 3 DAYS LATER THEY HAVE THIS NEW GUY HANDLING ME NOW BECAUSE JAMAL MAD ABOUT MY REVIEW SO NOW ITS THIS DEONTRAY GUY HE SAYS OH WELL THEY JUST THREW ME IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS MR PETTY I DONT KNOW SO I ASK TO SPEAK TO JUSTIN HE CALLS BACK AND SAYS OH ITS YOUR WATER PUMP BEATS MY WARRANTY OUT OF ANOTHER 1400.00 WHOLE TIME ME AND MY MECHANIC KNOWING ITS THE BIG BOTTOM HOSE SO THEY KEEP MY CAR FROM 11/28/22 UNTIL 12/19/22 THE ALTERED THE PAPERWORK SAID THEY GOT MY CAR ON 12/05/22 1ST OFF I PICKED MY CAR UP WITH 67 MILES TO EMPTY WHEN THE TOW MAN TOOK IT IT WAS OVER 300MILES TIL EMPTY MY MILEAGE WAS RIGHT AT 77K WHEN THEY CAME AND GOT IT AND WHEN I PICKED IT UP ON 12/19/22 I HAD 78257 MILES ON IT SO A TOTAL OF 1200 MILES WAS PUT ON MY CAR THEY MESSED MY STEREO UP SOMEONE DID SOME JOY RIDING IN MY CAR AND I HAVE PAPERWORK OF ALL 3 TIMES SAD PART IS THEY CHANGE THE DATE BUT THE MILEAGE TELLS IT ALL ON THE PAPER BUT THE KICKER PART IS THEY ALL IN THIS GAME TOGETHER AND HAS A RECEPTIONIST NAME ARIA OR SOMETHING THATS IN WITH THEM ON BEATING CUSTOMERS JUSTIN WAITS ON ME TO LEAVE AND LIE CALLS POLICE SAY I THREATEN TO COME BACK AND SHOOT THE DEALERSHIP UP TYPICAL KEVIN KARENS BROTHER IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN THATS HIS WAY TO KEEP ME OFF THE PREMISES SO HE THINK TO GET AWAY WITH ALL THEY'VE DONE BUT I HAVE PAPERWORK TEXT MESSAGES AND VOICEMAILS OF ALL THIS SO IM TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW DO THEY THINK THEY REALLY GETTING AWAY I WANT THIS TO BE KNOWN AND ROBERT FOWLER TO FIND IN HIS HEART TO FIX THESE ISSUES WITH ME AND ANY OTHER CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN TAKEN OR CAR HAS BEEN DRIVEN OVER A 1,000 MILES THAT IS SO SAD AND HOW I KNOW MY CAR WAS DRIVEN I HAD TOLD MY FIANCE WHEN IF I MADE IT TO 77777 BEFORE THE NEW YEAR I WAS GOI G TO GARAGE IT UNTIL NEW YEAR 2023 SO I GUESS THEY TOOK THAT WISH AWAY FROM ME ALSO PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME FIX THIS PROBLEM ITS ONLY FAIR AND I HAVE IT ALL IN BLACK AND WHITE AND THEY SHOULD PULL THE CAMERA AND SEE WHO DROVE MY CAR FROM 11/28/22 TIL 12/19/22 AND SHOULD COMPENSATE ME FOR 1200 MILES DRIVEN TO MY CAR AND MY RADIO BEING DAMAGED PLEASE HELP ME GET THESE MONSTERS THE NEWS PEOPLE ARE COMING More

I was very pleased with service provided by Joseph Robbins and others at BMW South Atlanta on 11/10/22. My X3 was due for a vehicle check/inspection. They recommended a coolant flush, tires and and al Robbins and others at BMW South Atlanta on 11/10/22. My X3 was due for a vehicle check/inspection. They recommended a coolant flush, tires and and alignment. I wanted to compare prices for tires so I approved the coolant flush and alignment. Joseph spoke to me afterwards, advising that the alignment be performed after tires are replaced. I appreciated this advice; it saved me money. Also, Joseph kept me apprised of the status of the vehicle, was courteous, and got me in and out in a reasonable time. I will ask for him when I return for future appointments. Overall, service was excellent, the facility is clean, and seating is comfortable. More
