From the beginning of the process my sales agent (Jayson) made it a personal quest to provide outstanding customer service! His personal service extended to picking up my wife and me from the airport, as my purchase was from out of state… and he did it in his own brand new X5!! You cannot go wrong when the personal attention of an agent goes that far! Canesia the “BMW Genius” was very personable and extremely knowledgeable of the X5 inner workings.
