One feature I especially appreciated was the walk-around video from the service technician. It provided a clear explanation of the vehicle inspection and recommendations, adding a level of transparency that I found incredibly valuable. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and professional from start to finish. BMW South Austin continues to set the standard for what a dealership service experience should be. Well, I came in to get new tires and asked them to top off all my fluids specifically the oil because the light came on indicating it was low. I got my car back. Drove home. So, very next morning I go back to BMW to have the oil topped off. I opened up my hood and a nice attentive gentleman, Jose Barbosa came right over. He made sure that the oil was topped off and apologized on behalf of BMWthat it hadn’t been previously done. He was so attentive, and so pleasant and so very helpful. He made me feel very special and can tell that he has great pride and working for Bmw and it’s customers. BMW is doing right by having him on their payroll. He’s an asset. More

Recently, I negotiated a lease with Jorge Hernandez at BMW South Austin for a 2026 BMW X3, and I honestly could not be happier with the experience. At first, the lease was probably a little outside my BMW South Austin for a 2026 BMW X3, and I honestly could not be happier with the experience. At first, the lease was probably a little outside my budget, but Jorge was incredibly motivated to work with me and help find a deal we could both feel good about. They even gave me a very strong value on my trade in to help make everything work. On top of that, BMW South Austin had some great dealer incentives and credits available that really helped bring the numbers together. I had already been communicating with another dealership in San Antonio about a very similar BMW X3, and Jorge took the time to walk me through all the differences between the two vehicles in great detail. Some of the upgrades and features seemed subtle at first, but Jorge explained how those differences would really affect the ownership experience long term. That honesty and product knowledge made a huge impression on me. You always hear horror stories about leasing vehicles. People say dealerships are not transparent, they avoid explaining fees clearly, or they rush you through the process without really helping you understand anything. My experience at BMW South Austin was the complete opposite. Jorge and his team were patient, transparent, and professional during the entire process, even during moments where it looked like there might not even be a deal to make. It genuinely felt like they cared more about building a good customer experience than simply making a sale. Jorge fought hard to get me the best realistic and reasonable deal possible, and it is easy to see why BMW South Austin has built such a strong reputation over the last few years. Everything moved smoothly and at a pace I was comfortable with. Usually, the longest part of buying or leasing a vehicle is waiting to sit down with finance and finish paperwork. That was not the case here. Once Jorge and I agreed on the terms, Ryan, the Financial Services Manager, came over and introduced himself. He reassured me that the rest of the process would be smooth and “how it’s supposed to be.” Sure enough, shortly after that, I sat down with Ryan and we carefully went through all the paperwork together to make sure nothing was missed. He only suggested the service plan that actually made sense for my lease and did not try to oversell me on products I did not need. Again, nothing but professionalism and honesty. Once everything was finalized, Jorge walked me out to my new 2026 X3, which was already washed, fueled up, and ready to go. He even helped me move everything from my trade-in into the new vehicle and connected me with a BMW Genius who walked me through all the features and technology in the car. . By that point, we were already well past closing time, but nobody rushed me out the door. Everyone still took their time and made sure I was comfortable, informed, and excited about my new vehicle. Overall, this was easily a 10 out of 10 experience. Jorge Hernandez, Ryan, and the entire BMW South Austin team completely changed my perception of the car leasing process. I honestly cannot see myself going anywhere else when it comes time for my next vehicle. More

When I was ready to close on the purchase, Gio happened to be out of the office, but he coordinated seamlessly with Jorge H. to ensure everything stayed on track. The handoff between Gio and Jorge couldn’t have been smoother. Jorge stepped in and made the closing process simple, efficient, and stress-free. It was clear that customer experience and teamwork are priorities for this sales team. A special thanks as well to Spencer in Finance, who made the financing process straightforward and pleasant. From sales to finance, the entire team at BMW of South Austin delivered a first-class experience. I highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a vehicle. More
