Calvin Medrano helped me out today! I brought in a BMW X5 I rented from national. I could not figure out why the fuses weren’t working. Turns out there was a metal piece stuck in the fr I brought in a BMW X5 I rented from national. I could not figure out why the fuses weren’t working. Turns out there was a metal piece stuck in the front fuse from the last persons adapter. He assisted me with getting it pulled out, replaced the fuse and i was on my way. I am extremely grateful to him for helping me as having my work laptop charged is essential to the work I do in the area! More

It might seem like a small thing, but it really set the tone for the entire experience—friendly, professional, and incredibly smooth. Then came the real star of the show: my service advisor VINNY O'Flaherty. Basically Clark Kent in disguise—glasses and all. Calm, confident, and sharp as a tack, he handled my tire replacement with superhero efficiency. He kept me informed the entire time, and before I could even get comfortable, my car was ready to roll.
