Jenn was incredible and should be commended for her communication and great listening skills, which is a quality not too many people have, either in sales or service. She explained my estimate in a clear and concise way that made me feel comfortable making my decision to repair the items and not making me feel guilty repairing all the items listed. She kept my budget in mind and explained what my absolutely needed and what could wait at a later date. All this does is make me want to come back and not visit any other BMW repair shop. Kudos to Jenn and her team of technicians for taking care of my car. I'll be back. On a side note, I'd like to send kudos to Marco who volunteered to stay a little later on a Satit day so I could pick up my car later than expected.
