I got a flat tire on the highway and BMW of South Austin helped me out immediately! They sent Jose Barbosa over to my BMW where he was able to swap out the tire with a donut. I then drove my car back to BMW helped me out immediately! They sent Jose Barbosa over to my BMW where he was able to swap out the tire with a donut. Jose Barbosa went above and beyond when my X3’s battery died. I had requested a tow from BMW Roadside Assistance. Apparently there wasn’t a truck available so Jose came out to see if he could get my car st died. I had requested a tow from BMW Roadside Assistance. Apparently there wasn’t a truck available so Jose came out to see if he could get my car started. He did. As I was driving away, my car died again. Jose turned back around and met me. He confirmed my car was indeed in need of a tow to the BMW Dealership and coordinating that for me. He called me later that afternoon to give me an update. I knew I was in good hands with Jose. He offered for me to call him anytime I need technical service with my X3. I put his phone number in my contacts on my phone and love that I now know someone at BMW Service that is so customer service oriented. Thank you, Jose!! More

I recently bought my BMW X5 from thsi dealership, Jorge was the one who first test drove the car with me and explained the car features to me without being pushy for selling the car. Later on when I made up my mind to purchase the vehicle he answered all the questions I had and helped me buy it at a decent price. In order to fecilitate the deal he even drove to me house and got the checkbook. Overall had a good experience with the purchase. More
