It was my first experience building a new car and Shaun listened to my needs/ wants got it ordered and followed up several times with how the build was coming along. He wasn’t pushy at all. The first time I called, he took the call at night from his home! It’s so nice to see a salesman and dealership care about the customer! Delivery was easy and Sean, from the “BMW school” was very patient and thorough showing me how everything works in my new BMW. Laura from accounting was so easy to work with as well. Keep up the great work! The dealership is beautiful and spotless. More
I don't want to sound over-the-top with this review, but Mike Caligiuri and the service team at BMW of South Austin are incredible and have gone so far above and beyond. I purchased a CPO 2 1/2 years ago, still under factory warranty, from a BMW dealership out of state. On my first oil change, it was brought to my attention that the oil pan needed to be replaced ($4,000) because the cap had been overtightened at the last service (BWM DEALER). I contacted the dealership I bought it from, and they said it was the BMW dealership that THEY bought it from who should be addressing it because they did the service. For two years they were multiple emails, phone calls and texts with two out of state BMW dealerships passing the buck onto somebody each other...and eventually me. I decided to try BMW of South Austin, and within a week the issue was resolved. That's in addition to amazing service for normal items on the car. This was not BMW of South Austin's issue, but they owned it and resolved it, and I can't thank them enough. I live almost an hour away from this dealership, and there are more convenient places to take my car when I need service, but because of how BMW of South Austin operates, they have a customer for life. More

Mr. Charles Reeves was the best service advisor I have ever come across. He kept me updated daily on the progress and status if the repair. He was professional, respectful and attentive. I owned cars from multiple brands, both in US and Europe and never experienced this quality of service from the service advisor staff before. I brought my 640ix coupe in for an oil change and Charles really took care of me. BMW conducted the oil change and provided me an in-detail video of what work they did and the suggestions of services to get really took care of me.
