He was consistently responsive, both proactively checking in and quickly following up whenever I have questions. He's knowledgeable, thoughtful, and easy to work with. What stood out most was the lack of pressure throughout the process. he provided the information I needed, gave me space to make decisions, and respected my approach without trying to steer it.
