I've bought many vehicles as I am in my mid 40s. In fact, this is the 3rd in the past 2 years. This was my first time buying a BMW though. I'm not sure if it is BMW in general, BMW of South Austin o In fact, this is the 3rd in the past 2 years. This was my first time buying a BMW though. I'm not sure if it is BMW in general, BMW of South Austin or Michael McKenery individually, but this was the only enjoyable car purchase I have ever made. I reached out online, submitted a fair price with the commitment to come purchase the following day if they accepted. They accepted and got all of the paperwork ready before I arrived. I was at the dealership for about 1.5 hours (and some of that was applying enhancements that I added) before driving off in my new car. We've had our beamer for a few months now and I don't think my wife will ever own a different brand; and I'm good with that! Thank you to Michael & the folks at BMW of South Austin! More

As a loyal multiple car BMW owner (for over 20 years), I have visited several dealerships. My experience at the South Austin dealership was by far the best one I have ever had. Samantha and Jose far exceeded any expectations I had. When I received the multipoint inspection recommendations, I immediately requested to speak to a technician with specific questions, Samantha kindly had Jose call me. Jose not only took the time to answer my many questions both on the phone and again at the dealership, he also followed up with me after my departure. Jose’s knowledge was extensive and his ability to explain the inspection both comprehensive and practical and I never felt rushed. Both Samantha and Jose were friendly and informed and most importantly helpful. The overall customer service I received was fantastic particularly from Jose. What is typically a stressful appointment was actually pleasant. Jose, Samantha and BMW South Austin should be commended! More

Jose Barbosa is a BMW guru that gives a real automotive/bmw enthusiast confidence in bringing them their vehicle. Pleasant and professional and takes the time to talk through the intricacies of bmw’s. Shoutout to Mike Caligiuri as well for having sound technical knowledge and going above and beyond to assure a customer that they are in good hands and the team is there to work with you. Lastly, the lounge and snacks / beverages are nice for when I need to stay there during service or maintenance. More
