It was a long process that took about a month in the end, but they were helping us and putting us first EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! In the end it was only the car we had bought that was to blame, but the way Yamil and the team handled it was not only professional but made it still fun to buy a car in the end! I'm glad I chose BMW over Mercedes! For the longest time, I couldn't decide between a Mercedes or a BMW. I did tons of research and after 3 trips to the BMW and Mercedes dealership, I ultimately chose BMW. And I couldn't be happier! Yamil was very helpful and I was pleased with the time and effort he put in to find the car that was right for me. He made sure it was going to be a car I was going to be happy with. And most importantly, would have all the features that I wanted. Yamil also got me an unbelievable deal on the BMW I wanted, which made choosing it over Mercedes that much easier. Plus, immediately after I purchased the car, Stephen (the BMW genius) spent time making sure I knew how to make use of all the awesome features of my new car and helped me to customize the car based on what I wanted.
