The online chat professional (Scott) was extremely helpful and made the appointment for me to see and test-drive the car. Scott demonstrated great follow-through in confirming the appointment and making sure the car would be ready for me to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to staff and met Todd Smith, my sales representative. Todd demonstrated excellent customer service and great attention to detail. I drove away from the dealership in my new car, very pleased with how the transaction was handled. I am a brand-loyal BMW customer, but regardless of that loyalty I don't shy away from purchasing where I get the best customer service.
