She told me she would take over and she asked for the keys to my car which I was trading in for 2 series. I sat near her desk and she produced a bottle of water and want over all the documents. She contacted the financial person and I completed the transaction. and went to get my 2 series. Haley was waiting for me and she introduced me to the person who was going to show me everything about the car. As I was talking to him, she was making sure the car was nice and clean even though it looked great. It is obvious that she enjoys what she does and does it well. She presented me with a white bag and a BMW cap which really surprised me. So many thanks to Haley. Originally I visited the dealer to ask the Maint Person (Joe) to check on something for me. When we started to talk he mentioned the 2 series in front of the parking lot. So I spoke to Trent whom I knew from his prev employer. I bought my 2015 Mustang from him when he was with the Ford Dealer. We worked out a price (which I knew from prior deals would be higher than the BMW dealers in KC) and I came in the next day to pay and pick up the papers. That's when I met Haley and as I said, she is a wonderful sales person. More

She was able to answer any questions we had. When we finally decided on a car, we then met Stephen. He talked us through everything about operating the car. They both told us that if we had any kind of questions, they were there for us for as long as we owned the car. At no time did I ever feel pressured by Haley. They made our experience very comfortable and I would definetly go back to her to buy my next car! More
