He was great throughout the entire process from the test drive to setting up a subsequent service visit to have SkyLink put in. He is very personable and trustworthy. I felt that they raced thru it, even though I gave adequate time to detail it. There was a light out and the dash was needing to be cleaned, there was trash still under the seats and I don't even know if an oil change was done. If it wasn't I need to get one done. I used online chat to get some basic information about the vehicle and to verify its availability. The online chat professional (Scott) was extremely helpful and made the appointment for me to see and test-drive the car. Scott demonstrated great follow-through in confirming the appointment and making sure the car would be ready for me to test drive. When I arrived at the dealership I was introduced to staff and met Todd Smith, my sales representative. Todd demonstrated excellent customer service and great attention to detail.
