We are writing to inform you of the good service that we have been getting with Tim. Tim has helped us tremendously. Every time we have needed help with understanding different functions on our new BMW, he has gone over and above in helping us. Also, he checks on us quite often to see if we need anything. Please understand Tim did not ask us to write this review, we asked him if it was all right for us to do this for him because we had told him how much we appreciate him checking on us. Over the years we have purchased many vehicles, but in the last 7 years, we have purchased six (6) new vehicles from other dealerships and have never experienced the level of customer service that we received after the purchase of the vehicle that we have had with Tim. Sure, the salespersons are excited about when we purchase from them, but it is the after the sale is that I pay attention to.
