After visiting the Springfield location a few times since the hail storm. We had been in talks for a few weeks and looked at several models with no pressure from Gracie Francis to buy. We met up with Gracie the hail storm. We had been in talks for a few weeks and looked at several models with no pressure from Gracie Francis to buy. We met up with Gracie this past weekend to discuss our hail damaged vehicle and what our options were. She was patient and thorough as we navigated purchasing a new vehicle. We were not expecting to be able to take home our new ride the same day as it was still in transport mode. But the service department was able to get things moved around and our new car was able to come home with us. We met up with Luke “The Genius” Lovelady who took time to help get everything set up. The Genius is an apt title for Luke, and he worked through all the menu items on our new X3 to make sure all the settings were how we wanted and saved correctly. Overall we had a great experience with Gracie and Luke. More
