After a 20 minute wait, I fi I took my 2017 BMW 320i to Capital BMW for service on Thursday, January 4, 2018, because the tire pressure light was on. After a 20 minute wait, I finally got to speak with an employee, Mr. Lee Woodruff, who was very courteous. He made sure that the issue with the tires was resolved, and he also made me aware of the fact that my vehicle was due for an oil change. I agreed to get the oil changed. I thank Capital BMW for going the extra mile to clean the exterior and interior of my vehicle. I was very satisfied with the service I received. However, I was disappointed in how long I had to wait before I got to speak with an employee. So far, I am happy I chose to purchase a vehicle from Capital BMW. I will highly recommend Capital BMW to my family members, friends and neighbors. More
