Airbag replacement due to recall I made an appointment to have the airbag replaced on my 2008 X-3 after receiving a safety recall notice. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Andy I made an appointment to have the airbag replaced on my 2008 X-3 after receiving a safety recall notice. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by Andy Gouldbourn. Since I was waiting while the work was being done, Andy showed me to the waiting area where fresh coffee and snacks were available. I enjoyed my time there, the waiting area was clean and comfortable and the hot coffee and snacks were a plus. Andy was very pleasant to work with and he was very kind and efficient and promptly notified me that my car was ready. More

We had been traveling over 1000 miles in two days with no results. We tried one more time and put a request online. Keith Millron responded to our inquiry. He answered all our questions and provided information requested. We reviewed the info and decided to make another trip. When we arrived Keith greeted us and we examined the X5 and it was just as described unlikie our previous dealer visits. Everything done online and by phone proved to be correct and we closed the deal. Mandy in finance was well prepared and was pleasant to work with. Danny in parts help us with accessories. A credit to the dealership, and the one to pick if you need a BMW/Mercedes (he also sells those under the banner of Cappital Eurocars, I think).
