That was important for me because, I have seen signs of frustration on sales person in another nearby dealership when I was asking detailed questions. I did not buy on my first visit due to my unaffordability but they never let me feel that they aren't getting my business. They are super polite whether you buy from them or not; no typical car-sales tricks (I have enough in last 20 years). I provided my affordability and left. Few days later, they called and said they have a vehicle matching my exact need. I went back, test drove that again, signed the lease and left the dealership with my vehicle. No haggle whatsoever; just like last time, they were super nice and most importantly they kept their word on the money to the penny. No haggle whatsoever. Anna, the lady I worked with most, is extremely nice, professional and honest. Chase the finance person was great as well. Had a wonderful experience during my entire stay in the dealership. This is my first interaction with Reeves and I an extremely satisfied. Keep up the good work Reeves. You are better than at least two of your nearest competitions. More
