I don't normally do this, but these guys deserve this one! They had one Toyota Camry in stock. A 2022 with 25000 miles. I inquired about it through their website. A robot texter named Jessica hit me up immediately. I replied YES to the request to text. Then a sales guy named Tyler texted me. I told him I prefer to talk than text. He called me. This was Saturday afternoon around Noon. After some chit chat I decided I would like to take a look at it. I couldn't come out Saturday. Too much going on. He said they are open on Sunday from Noon to 5:00pm. Made the appointment for Noon. I live in Pasco County, so I was on my way to this dealer at 11:00am. It's 28 miles and about 45 minutes away. The guy calls me at 11:26am to see if I am on my way. I told him I'm about 20 minutes out. He said he was running a little late, but when I got to the dealership, just tell them I'm here for Tyler and the Camry. Easy enough. Get there, met this little old guy, he said he was expecting me. It was only 11:45am, so he took me inside, sat me down in one of the cubicles, asked if I wanted a coffee or water? I said no. Just wanted to talk Camry! I sat there from 11;45am - 12:30pm, while this guy was trying to find the keys? He said, he hoped it wasn't sold? WHAT? The last I saw of him, he was in the BIG SALES office behind the glass, rummaging through paperwork, I assume looking for a sales contract. No sign of this dude Tyler yet... At 12:30 sharp, I got up and calmly walked out to my Toyota Tacoma and went home. Didn't say a peep to anyone. It is now 8:00am, Monday morning and I'm at work. I never got a phone call from Jessica, Tyler or the little old guy asking me, Hey dude, where'd you go? Imagine that? I've spent tons of money with Morgan Auto Group at Sun Toyota in Holiday. I stopped going there for service on my 2017 Tacoma because they are higher priced than anybody and I just can't trust them. They also have a cute little blue Jeep out front that my Wife sorta likes better than the Camry. Can't do it though. These dealers take these reviews VERY seriously and I wasn't going to do it. This is an upscale BMW dealership BTW. They normally don't sell Camry's. But you know what, once again, you guys deserve this one! Never again! More
Unfortunately, purchasing our new 2026 BMW X5 xDrive50e from BMW of Tampa has been an extremely disappointing experience. On delivery day, I noticed the VIN on our paperwork was incorrect and questioned from BMW of Tampa has been an extremely disappointing experience. On delivery day, I noticed the VIN on our paperwork was incorrect and questioned it. I was assured it was correct. It wasn't. The dealership had used the VIN for a completely different BMW we had previously considered rather than the vehicle we actually ordered. Our sales and finance paperwork had to be redone. Then our BMW ID/ConnectedDrive would not activate, preventing us from using features including the phone-as-key functionality. We were told to wait 24–48 hours. After it still didn't work, BMW of Sarasota advised us this was not normal and appeared to be an activation issue requiring the selling dealership. Resolving it involved additional trips, days of inconvenience, poor communication, and repeated follow-up. Unfortunately, the problems continued with registration. After having to follow up as our temporary registration was expiring, my husband subsequently received a notice from Florida DHSMV regarding proof of insurance and warning of potential action against his driver's license if not corrected. This was especially frustrating because BMW of Tampa had our State Farm insurance information at the time of purchase. I contacted management, including Dominic Harper and Finance Director Ryan Wolfe, regarding this latest issue and requested an explanation. The lack of timely communication and accountability throughout this experience has been extremely disappointing. Mistakes happen. What is unacceptable is experiencing problems at virtually every stage of a new vehicle purchase and repeatedly having to chase the dealership to get them resolved. Buying a new BMW should have been exciting. Instead, this experience has left me frustrated and regretting where we chose to purchase the vehicle. Based on our experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from BMW of Tampa and cannot recommend this dealership. More
Take your time, money and buying experience elsewhere. I just purchased my 3rd BMW within 3 years, and this will be last at BMW Tampa. You have two other options in the bay area, and I highly recommend shop there. Best bet is to try Bert Smith BMW in xx. Pete since it's a different ownership, or Ferman BMW. The finance and the service departments are a mess. You'll get 3-4 different answers before you find out there is a new person to speak with. And for service: be very careful coming here. I've had numerous issues where damage was caused from their BMW techs. The amount of frustration this dealership will cause you isn't worth the squeeze, and the time spent fixing their issues won't stop. Shop elsewhere! And they could care less if they lose me as customer, and that's all the motivation I need to take my money elsewhere. More

Pretty much every encounter I’ve had with this dealership was advantageous on their behalf or inconvenience online. From sales to inventory to dealing with the finance department to service has all been difficult, a hassle, and expensive. I would recommend you take your business to a different BMW dealership. It’s a nice car, just not sold by a well operating, convenient, or helpful dealership. To be clear, I would buy this car again. I just wouldn’t buy it from these people. More
We purchased a pre-owned vehicle from BMW of Tampa on December 31 2025. First of all we had the absolute WORST experience with the management and finance staff. We spent hours of our time, with all the n December 31 2025. First of all we had the absolute WORST experience with the management and finance staff. We spent hours of our time, with all the normal "car salesman run around nonsense"... I was ready to walk out!!! MY TIME is worth something! In the process of signing the papers, we paid over 1000.00 for BMW of Tampa to register and tag our vehicle (we live in Texas and was told they could do it of us in a timely fashion) I am now driving around my car with an expired temporary license tag (expired Jan 30, 2026) and now subject to a ticket in Texas. My husband has sent many emails and notices to the people who sold us the car, the GM of this company, the state of Florida DMV and to the better business bureau. Our attempts at solving this issue has gone unanswered and since they already have their money, (bc we financed the vehicle thru our bank in Texas, not theirs) they do not care about customer satisfaction! DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! EVER!!!! More
I engaged early on a specific vehicle with Amanda, submitted a complete credit application, and provided all requested information promptly. Despite being responsive and first to initiate the process, submitted a complete credit application, and provided all requested information promptly. Despite being responsive and first to initiate the process, my application was not handled with urgency, and the vehicle was sold to a walk-in customer while my approval was still pending. This was not a policy misunderstanding — it was a failure to act quickly once a serious remote buyer was engaged. The delay resulted in a wasted credit inquiry and a lost opportunity, despite my timely involvement. If you are not physically in the showroom, be aware that your deal may stall while walk-in customers are prioritized. I would not recommend this dealership for remote buyers unless speed and execution are guaranteed. More
This BMW dealership has nothing but got downhill in service and sales. Its worst now than the first time I bought a car which was not that great. This time around they lacked response, refused to give service and sales. Its worst now than the first time I bought a car which was not that great. This time around they lacked response, refused to give me details on how they came up with low ball trade in offer, and had a bunch of Stupid add on fees to their sales sheets! I ended up ordering a 2026 BMW from a dealership in Pinellas! Bye Morgan Auto! More
I’ve been a loyal BMW Tampa customer for years and have brought four different BMWs here for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My regular service advisor is no longe brought four different BMWs here for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience was extremely disappointing. My regular service advisor is no longer there, and the person I worked with this time was inattentive and not knowledgeable. I didn’t feel the level of professionalism or care I’ve come to expect from BMW. After 10 years of trusting this dealership with my vehicles, this visit is my last! More
