No consistency ’m so disappointed in the service department here. I bought one tire there and after a lot of discussion they matched a competitors price. Then unfo ’m so disappointed in the service department here. I bought one tire there and after a lot of discussion they matched a competitors price. Then unfortunately two months later I needed two more tires. I called to discuss and make my appointment and they said absolutely I could pay the same for these tires as I did for the last one. Well the story was different when I got there. The manager had the nerve to say he needed to make money and the fact that their tires are the highest price is unimportant. Their location demands the high price. Well I disagree. Took two hours out of my day to not get my tires! Fed up More
Always available Recently my car battery died, and I had to take it up to Reeves BMW. I’ve been there a few times and the service is always good. My technician Javier Recently my car battery died, and I had to take it up to Reeves BMW. I’ve been there a few times and the service is always good. My technician Javier Rivera is one of the nicest guys I have dealt with up there. He is always courteous and he has a smile for me even when I’m feeling frustrated. I would recommend anybody go see this guy he is so nice. Not only that I have walked out of there with a discount that I didn’t even expect. More
Our first BMW purchase! Beyond what we expected! What an amazing experience, from the minute we walked into the dealership to the moment my wife was able to drive out in her very first BMW, the staff What an amazing experience, from the minute we walked into the dealership to the moment my wife was able to drive out in her very first BMW, the staff at Reeves made this moment very special. As we waited to meet our sales person, our son was greeted by an attendant and given a complimentary teddy bear and fruits, and boy those he love fruits. Our sales agent Ali Attia was simply wonderful. Within minutes it felt as we were talking to a long time friend as we laughed about family and kids. This continued throughout with each person we interacted with. The business manager Chase Dziloski made the final steps of the purchase a breeze. The toughest part was probably for him, having to hold back on sharing anything from End Game with me and the Mrs. as we discussed our love for movies and great shows. Then to the delivery of the car, with a certificate for my wife congratulating her and the one on one tutorial with Edwin ( very helpful ) , this was a 5 star service, treatment and experience from beginning to end. Looking forward to being in the BMW family for years to come. You have definitely earned a loyal customer here. More

Great service. Service for my X5 on 4/22/19. Great service and Michael Deleon did a super job. The only glitch was scheduling where I was told by Reeves that only a Service for my X5 on 4/22/19. Great service and Michael Deleon did a super job. The only glitch was scheduling where I was told by Reeves that only an oil change (1 1/2 hrs) was necessary. When I arrived I was told they had decided to do a full service which is a 3 hr job. Needless to say that altered the plans for the day. Not a crisis but would have liked to have known when I scheduled the visit. More
