What a difference a year makes. My service advisor was helpful and timely in his communications and responses to me. I would have to say one of the top service advisors I have delt with at BMW. The dealership received 4 stars from me and it should have been 3, but again, the service advisor pulled the score up. My BMW was experiencing AC problem while the car was under warranty. Reeves service could not find the problem. Nothing was done and they sent me on my way. After the vehicle is no longer under warranty, same problem with the AC occured. They identify it immediately and repair it. Of course I pay for it. The irony is the symptoms were no different then the first time I brought it in. One would get the impression they try harder to find anything that is wrong after the warranty period. It is the BMW business model. This is not the first time a dealership has not addressed an issue until my vehicle was out of warranty. We all know this is where a dealership makes its money... in service, but it doesn’t mean the customer is not aware of such a business tactic. BMW has even reduced the warranty period, to get to the cash quicker. In review, excellent customer service provided by my advisor. BMW’s business tactics are what I continue to question. I have been driving BMWs for over 30 years. My next car may not be a BMW. More
