Great service at Reeves! I was planning for a routine oil change, when the service department found a nail in my front tire. AMAZING Best customer service I have ever received, we came in needing to get out tire replaced but the locks on the tires were not from BMW and they did not Best customer service I have ever received, we came in needing to get out tire replaced but the locks on the tires were not from BMW and they did not know what key and lock to use. Instead of calling it a day, the guy who helped us out went above and beyond to get that one tire extracted and replaced so we and our baby would be safe on the road. Amazing would be an understatement, the kindness and respect he showed us is rare and far in between. We've owned other luxury brand cars and have never received this kind of service until we visited this dealership.
