Misrepresented I scheduled my X5 for replacement parts at Reeves. Two parts had recalls on them. I had an appointment but had to wait 20 min before being seen. My service representative asked if I wanted to have a diagnostic done. I said sure my car has been making a funny noise and I asked will the diagnostic fee go towards the cost of the repairs. He confirmed that it would. Later I was sent an estimate for 3 different items that need to be replaced on my car. Then I was advise that the diagnostic would only apply to the repair that caused the check engine light to come on (which happened to be the priciest least urgent repair on the list). The service representative completely misrepresented it how the diagnostic fee would apply. It was later explained to me that Reeves' policy is to never apply the fee to the service/repair completed. Now you know. More
