Out local BMW dealer found nothing wrong with it, and added that they've seen those messages before. Reeves technicians found and corrected the problem---a defective battery. In addition, we were kept informed of how the work was progressing, and everyone we interfaced with was very cordial. More
Great Service Leads to New Car Purchase Recently I brought my 2011 BMW into Reeves to have an airbag/restraint issue fixed after the dealer who sold the car to me would not submit bill to BM Recently I brought my 2011 BMW into Reeves to have an airbag/restraint issue fixed after the dealer who sold the car to me would not submit bill to BMW USA per BMW recommendation to potentially cover part of the cost of repair. Reeves Service Advisor, Denis Danan, did an outstanding job and was able to save me 50% on the repair through BMW. He also keep us up-to-date on the status on the repairs. In that I was looking to purchase a new SUV the Service Advisor recommended that we talk with Branko Bobinac, Client Advisor, Branko did a great job in working with me to identify a new X3 that was just right for my wife and me. Would suggest visiting Reeves and talking with Branko before you buy your next BMW. More

The recall service was seamless, especially made so and helped by the BMW Service Advisor (SA), Ryan Murphy. After the safety recall work was performed in a timely manner, the SA at the end of the service pointed out to me an engine oil seal to monitor, and to consider having that component serviced in the coming months. Thanks to the SA for his well-founded repair advice and all of the involved Reeves BMW service personnel for their appreciated work associated with the January 22, 2019 maintenance on our vehicle. More
Reeves does a good job servicing your vehicle. Mike Derby was a personable service advisor and worked hard for me in dealing with my extended warranty company. Reeves is an adequate service center. Everything seems to be fine, although the TPS sensor in one of the tires (I got two rear tires) failed. The "fine" BMW system will tell you which tire is low but will not identify the malfunctioning TPS, so I don't know if the bad sensor is in one of the tires replaced. More

Normal service Took my car in for service 1/21. Zakar was my service writer. He was well informed. had me in a loaner in no time and kept me perfectly informed as Took my car in for service 1/21. My car was returned and code updated along with normal work. He helped me re-sync my phone. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience. Zakar's efficiency and calm made this trip better than most. I will return and request him as my service writer.. More
