Surprisingly disappointed! Took my sons' car in for a recall and battery. As if owning and repairing a BMW isn't costly enough, Reeves has hidden fees in their bill. I encourage you to take a look and see if you notice line item for 'miscellaneous charges'. It is the same amount on every repair item $53.67 although no one could explain the charge. Also advertise a military discount, only to make excuses about why they can honor it. Truly a disappointing experience. Never had this type of experience with my Lexus. More

Outstanding Service I cannot say enough about the service that Michael provided in the service department. I was returning home to South Miami with my young daughter and I cannot say enough about the service that Michael provided in the service department. I was returning home to South Miami with my young daughter and 9 month old puppy when I discovered I had a flat tire on my X1. I called the service department first thing in the morning and they were able to get me a 9:30 appointment the same day. Michael was assigned my case and he was very assuring and comforting that he could get me back on the road in a short time. Not only was he able to get me back on the road, he was able to get my flat tire replaced for free through my tire insurance!! He went way above the call of duty and he kept me apprized of the situation throughout the process. I was back on the road in a very short time. Michael was outstanding and I am very thankful for the help and service he provided. I wish all car dealership employees were like Michael. More
