While waiting to test drive the vehicle, I witness the service dept. staff provide great customer service both in person and on the phone; each customer's service concern was dealt with immediately and efficiently. I knew in the future, should I have any concerns, it would be handled! My Sales guy Steve, answered all my questions without any pressure to buy, gave me time to think about my purchase before I finalized the deal. This dealership I believe is family owned and operated and therefore you are going to receive exceptional service because it shows that they care about their customers. Customer Service in the repair department I just purchased a used 2014 BMW 428i from another dealer. I took my car into Reeves for an oil change and routine maintenance and just to have the car checked out. Corey was my Service Advisor. This was my first time going to Reeves. I usually take my cars to someone for repairs. Corey customer service was exemplary. He explained to me the services BMW recommended for my car. He did not pressure me into getting the repairs nor did he try to up sale me. He allowed me to take my time to make my decision. His calm and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and feel I could trust him. I ended up getting the oil change and the recommended maintenance. I explained to Corey I had to take my mother to her doctor appointment and he promised he would get me taken care of in a timely manner so I could get my mother to her appointment. Because of Corey, Reeves BMW of Tampa will be the only place I take my BMW for maintenance or repairs. More
Not at all what I expected!!! I didnt receive personalized care. My tech was not sociable or seemed preoccupied and it was as if I was at a 10 minute oil change shiop customer I f I didnt receive personalized care. My tech was not sociable or seemed preoccupied and it was as if I was at a 10 minute oil change shiop customer I felt like next in line but I spent $500 I wasn’t offered water and I waited over 2 hours. While I watched other customers being offered water or there techs checking on them. I asked for my warranty to be checked to make sure my services was covered and this never happened. Very bad customer service experience. Then I wasn’t told my vehicle diagnosis. He blurred out to me when I went back to him to show him that my vehicle was having the same issue ooh come back in a few months when you have more time and we can go over that and also we found this really? So unprofessional I had to leave I couldn’t even deal with it!! More
