He answered all my questions, provided a reasonable timeframe as to when I would have my car back to me and came in below what the estimate cost was to have my car serviced. The sales person was just wonderful Matthew Pengtakoon. Our service advisor Javier was just as great to work with. We had an old BMW 2001 X5 that the engine blew up. Javier help me with what it would be to replace it and gave me a lot of options. That's when I called the sales department and spoke to Matthew. My husband and I decided it was not a good decision to repair the old car. Both Javier and Matthew helped us make that decision by answering many questions we ask. Matthew was just awesome and found us an X3 2019 that we are so happy with. The technician that helped us learn the computer workings and settings was extremely knowledgeable and just wonderful to work with. Thank you as always for an outstanding experience. More

Pleasant recall I took my 2005 325ci in for the air bag recall, expecting to be told I needed a new car, and wasting an entire day.
